“Al Dolce Farniente“ Farmhouse of design

“Al Dolce Farniente” is one of the most unique farmhouses that you can find in Umbria, in fact it defines itself as a Residence of Design in piena campagna, in the countryside, located in an optimal position, in the center of Umbria, surrounded by small villages to discover and cities of art full of culture and flavors.

From the farm you can comfortably and quickly reach the main tourist destinations of our region: Perugia, Assisi, Todi and Lake Trasimeno.

The current building was renovated in 2010 following a careful transformation of a farmhouse belonging to the 1700s.

A journey at the farmhouse is a fun contrast of lights and colours without any noise around. Immersed in the true Umbrian countryside, enjoy on foot, on horseback or by bike, open spaces, clear air, natural silence, a magnificent view of Perugia among many small hills that seem to be painted by “Il Perugino”.

We try to preserve with the choice of eco-friendly solutions, the green environment that surrounds us..

Tradition and innovation in the green hart of Italy: this is the novelty of our brightly coloured farmhouse. Tiles and resin, exposed wooden ceiling beams and chromotherapy, antique terracotta and magnetic cards, all coexist in 26 hectares of land just a stone’s throw away from the citycentre.

The entire residence of design can accommodate a maximum of 25 people:

– 2 two-room apartments on the ground floor of 45 and 50 sqm with respectively 3 and 4 beds
– 2 large and spacious suites, 30 sqm with 4 beds each
– 2 superior rooms with bathroom
– 2 comfort rooms with bathroom
